Honest and clear—just as it should be. Here you can see for each product type whether returns are accepted, and what to do if you’re unsure or not satisfied.

we never disappoint, to be honest.
Still, we want to clearly explain the rules to you in advance so that you can place your order with full knowledge of the facts. The main distinction is between standard colors and custom-made products.
Exchanges are accepted
White patchwork rugs
White carpets may always be exchanged if the result is not as expected.
Off-white patchwork rugs
Just like the white version, off-white carpets can always be exchanged if they don't meet your expectations.
Melange patchwork rugs
Melange rugs can be exchanged if the actual product does not match the sample you ordered at all. Slight natural variations are inherent to the product and are not eligible for exchange.
Non -returnable
Colored carpets
Our colored rugs (camel and olive) are made especially for you in the color of your choice. Since all rugs are dyed the same color and therefore do not have any natural color variations, we cannot accept returns.
Extra-large rugs (3 × 4 m or larger)
Large rugs are made entirely to order for each individual customer. Because these are truly custom-made items, the right to exchange does not apply here.
Custom-ordered products
Any rug that is custom-made for you in a non-standard size, color, or combination that cannot be ordered online is not eligible for return.
Mini patchwork rugs
Our mini rugs are made to order, one at a time, from carefully selected Icelandic sheepskins. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchange.
How does the exchange process work ?
Please let us know right away. Send Marc a WhatsApp message or email within a few days of receiving the item, including a photo of the rug and your comment.
Keep the carpet clean and undamaged. We cannot accept returns for carpets that have already been used, washed, or had their pile cut.
We’ll work together to find a solution. We often arrange an exchange for a different model or size—or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
