With normal use, you’ll enjoy your patchwork rug for many years to come. We’ve been making these rugs for 11 years, and our customers still stop by to tell us how happy they are with their rugs even after all this time. If anything goes wrong, we repair the rugs in our workshop—and we never charge a penny for it. But if only 10 rugs have been returned over all these years, that’s a lot. Our rugs are assembled by highly experienced seamstresses using gold thread. Our method is the strongest and most durable, ensuring you’ll enjoy your rug for a long time to come.

Lifetime warranty?
We do not offer a lifetime warranty as it is entirely unrealistic, and we prefer to maintain honesty. However, we do provide lifetime service, provided you remain loyal customers, enabling us to continue our operations :-)
