Do you offer home delivery?
When you purchase a rug from our website, it is always packaged with the utmost care. Depending on your location and the chosen delivery method, we will either ship it via postal service or deliver the rug directly to your home.
Can I collect my order?
If you prefer to collect your rug order in person, this is certainly an option. Please contact us in advance at +32 50 60 76 53 to arrange a visit to one of our stores for collection.
What are your opening hours?
Monroe Life rugs and the luxurious candles from Oscar Candles are available for purchase at our flagship store in Knokke and our pop-up in Brasschaat.

Do you create custom-sized carpets?
Yes, we are capable of producing nearly all projects and carpets in a wide range of sizes. While our website offers carpets in standard dimensions, if you require a different size, please feel free to contact our owner, Marc, at 0474736633.
Are your carpets handmade?
Yes, all our carpets are meticulously handcrafted using only the highest quality materials.
How can I identify a Monroe Life carpet?
All our carpets are hand-stitched with our signature golden thread, which is, of course, only visible on the underside of the carpets. In addition to their exceptional quality, this golden thread serves as a distinctive mark of a Monroe Life creation.
Where can I purchase candles from your sister brand, Oscar Luxury?
The carpets and candles from Monroe Life and Oscar Luxury are available at retail locations throughout Europe. Furthermore, you are always welcome to visit one of our own stores in Knokke or Brasschaat.
